Homemade Sandwich with Bubble Bee Tuna mixed with 1 Tbsp of Miracle Whip and 1/2 of an Avocado

Spinach Salad with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers and 1/2 of an Avocado 


Breakstone's Cottage Cheese with Fruit Toppings


Law Raw Shrimp Grilled with Whole Wheat Pasta in Red Sauce

Mixed Vegetables (1 cup)

Late Night/Bed Snack
