Protein shake including 1 Cup of Water,  1 Scoop of Met-Rx Whey Protein, 1 Cup Kale or Spinach and 1/2 A Cup of Strawberries

Breakfast 2 (1 Hour Later)

3 Egg Whites

2 Pieces of Organic Turkey Bacon

1 Slice Dutch Country 100% Whole Wheat Bread 

Morning Snack

Fage Total 0% Yogurt with A Tsp of Organic Honey

Lunch

Homemade Sandwich on Dutch Country 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey Turkey, Spinach 1/2 of An Avocado and Spicy Brown Mustard

Spinach Salad with Cucumbers and 2 Tbsp of Fat-Free Balsamic Vinegarette

Snack

Breakstone's Cottage Cheese and Fruit Topping

Dinner

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

 1 Cup of Steam Broccoli

Baked Potato with 1 Tbsp Low-Fat Ranch Dressing 

Late Night/Bed Snack

Protein Shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop of Met-Rx Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Kale or Spinach, and 1 Banana
