Thursday's Routine

Breakfast 1 (730-8am)

Protein shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop Met-Rx Whey Protein, Kale or Spinach and 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal

Breakfast 2 (1 Hour Later)

3 Egg Whites with Spinach and Low-Fat Cheese

2 Pieces of Organic Turkey Bacon

Morning Snack

1 Banana and 1 Cup of Strawberries

Lunch

Homemade Sandwich with Honey Turkey, Spinach, 1/2 of An Avocad, and Spicy Brown Mustard

 Snack

Homemade Tuna Bowl with Bubble Bee Tuna, 1 Boiled Egg (Whites Only) and 1 Tbsp of Miracle Whip

Dinner

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

1.5 Cups of Cucumbers and Avocado Mixed 

1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables

Late Night/Bed Snack

Protein Shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop Met-Rx Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Kale or Spinach and 1 Banana
