Protein Shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop of Met-Rx Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Kale or Spinach and 1 Banana

Breakfast 2 (1 Hour Later)

3 Organic Egg Whites with Bell Peppers, Spinach and Low-Fat Cheese

French Toast using 3 Slices of Dutch Country 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Lunch (If's the weekend so it may vary)

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

Spinach Salad with Cucumbers and 1 Tbsp of Fat-Free Vinegarette

Afternoon Snack

Breakstone's Cottage Cheese with Fruit Toppings

Dinner

Shrimp with Whole Wheat Pasta in Red Sauce

1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables

Late Night/Bed Snack
