Breakfast 2 (1 Hour Later)

3 Organic Egg Whites with Bell Peppers, Spinach and Low-Fat Cheese

1/2 A Cup of Quaker Original Oatmeal with Slice Bananas

Morning Snack

Breakstone's Cottage Cheese with Fruit Toppings

Lunch

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables

3/4 Cup of Alfredo Pasta

Afternoon Snack

1 Banana with 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

Dinner

Shrimp Whole Wheat Pasta in Red Sauce

1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables

Late Night/Bed Snack
