Protein shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop Met-Rx Whey Protein, Kale or Spinach and 1 Banana

Breakfast 2 (1 Hour Later)

3 Egg Whites with Spinach and Low-Fat Cheese

Breakstone's Cotton Cheese with Fruit Toppings

Morning Snack

1 Banana and 1 Cup of Strawberries

Lunch

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

Spinach Salad with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers and 2 Tbsp of Fat-Free Balsamic Vinegarette

Snack

Acai Bowl

Dinner

4 oz of Grilled Chicken

1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables

Baked Potato with Fat-Free Ranch Dressing (No Butter)

Late Night/Bed Snack

Protein Shake including 1 Cup of Water, 1 Scoop Met-Rx Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Kale or Spinach and 1 Cup of Strawberries
